Our company benefits from the experience of three generations of oyster farmers and gives you the best of the Marennes Oléron oysters.
We farm on 4.5 hectares on the east coast of the ile d'Oléron and have premises of 300 m2 with 3 to 10 employes during the year (35 during the end of year celebrations), we send out nearly 450 tons of oysters each year.
Quality and traceability
Our experience and our computerised system help us to label and establish the traceability of our products.
The registration number on each label and delivery slip certifies the origin of the product.
Our commitment to offer customers a high quality product was rewarded when we were awarded the Red Label (Label Rouge : mark of a high quality product) for 2 of our products, one of them being top of the range.
The Red Label reward demands from the oyster farmer that they respect strict regulations, recorded in a schedule of conditions which is checked regularly by the departments of the CERTIPAQ.
